Just got this today. Only took like 4 days from when I ordered it for it to arrive! Okay, so I am a LONG-time skateboarder and snowboarder. This thing is awesome. I haven't been up snowboarding in a while, so I wanted something to help with balance. Man, this works. I can feel it in my abs,legs,knees, but all in a good way. Really helps you strengthen your core muscles for balance. What else is great is doing push-ups with it. MAN! Talk about difficult! But you have to really strain to keep the board balanced while you do them and you can really feel your abs working at the same time. Good stuff. I'm hoping my fiance gets some use out of this, too as she is learning to snowboard this year. Oh, and this thing is SOLID. Super good construction. Very durable.
