I am using this for my snowboarding pants which used to be a bit loose. The two pouches hold a pair of small energy bars or 5hour enegry bottles. Its not easy to adjust the belt on the go but the velcro strips are long, hold great and allow for very fine adjustments. Once adjusted, it is very quick and convenient and holds well.
